Tom de Roque has over 35 years of experience as a banker and trainer, and is the President of Paragon Analysis Corporation.  De Roque has worked closely with Pimley & Pimley for over 20 years and has taught the full range of the credit and corporate finance curriculum at their investment and commercial banking clients in the United States, Europe, Asia, India, and Latin America.
 
De Roque was a Senior Corporate Finance Officer at Security Pacific Bank, where he managed the relationships of both domestic and multinational corporations headquartered in Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco.
 
Prior to forming his own company De Roque was the Program Director of Credit Training for Bank of America, where he was responsible for the design, instruction and management of advanced finance courses for domestic and international lenders.
 
De Roque has a BA from the University of California, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
